BAI’s Seaport-e Team Leaders
Mr. John Gulley (Area 3.1). Mr. Gulley has over 38 years of experience supporting the Navy as a research and development acquisition professional. As a supervisory aerospace engineer Mr. Gulley has contributed to numerous NAVAIR helicopter and strike aircraft programs including the V-22, CH-53, SH-60, A-6, S-3 and A-12 programs. Currently, Mr. Gulley supports the Naval Treaty Implementation Program as the BAI lead Program Manager for the Compliance Assessment Program.
Mr. Jamie Gardner (Area 3.18.2). Mr. Gardner is a senior training specialist available to support Seaport-e contracts. In support of the Naval Treaty Implementation Program, Mr. Gardner is the lead Training Coordinator for CWC Challenge Inspection implementation readiness. In this capacity, he defines qualification criteria, manages the training schedule, maintains a qualification database and coordinates instructor’s and participant’s schedules. Mr. Gardner’s responsibilities also include all elements of training exercise planning, exercise site determination, scenario development, meeting coordination, event coordination and after action reporting.
Mr. Paul Bauer (Area 3.21.1) Mr. Bauer, BAI Senior Program Manager, has been working for or with the Navy for 40 years as an enlisted technician, submarine officer and contractor. Mr. Bauer is available to support Seaport-e contracts. Currently, he is in charge of BAI’s security business sector providing support to private clients. Working in the classified community, Mr. Bauer has been highly successful in finding administrative personnel with high-level security clearances to support BAI’s private clients.
Ms. Jessica Thomas (Area 3.22) Ms. Thomas is a senior analyst available to support Seaport-e contracts. In support of the Naval Treaty Implementation Program, she coordinated and organized all efforts associated with script to screen video production, including script writing, field production and video editing assistance, and graphic design for six DON Chemical Weapons Convention Challenge Inspection Training videos. Additionally, Ms. Thomas participated in the creation and design of the Treaty Times newsletters in an effort to communicate arms control related information to DON activities and offices worldwide, and interactive training CD-ROMs.
Mr. Mark Seymour (Area 3.12). Mr. Seymour, as a BAI Program Manager, has 8 years experience in strategic planning, development and implementation in Information Technology solutions. He is a former Chief Petty Officer with over 20 years of management and leadership responsibility, incorporating all aspects of training and personnel development. Mr. Seymour is highly experienced in the art of negotiation, resource allocation and contract management; focused on meeting or exceeding established goals, milestones and deliverables. He managed the SSP SWFLANT IT contract in Kings Bay , GA.
Mr. Robert Peifer (Area 3.18.2). Mr. Peifer is an information technology training specialist and network engineer available to support Seaport-e contracts. In support of FLETC, Mr. Peifer provides training and technical assistance in support of over 2000 users. He has superior customer service, human relations, and communication skills, combined with over nine years of experience in computer software/hardware troubleshooting, installation and configuration support.
Mr. Rick Thompson (Area 3.20). Mr. Thompson is a BAI Operations Director in charge of the overall management of BAI IT programs in Seaport Region 4. He is available to work Seaport-e efforts requiring IT program management experience. He is highly skilled in coordinating multiple large projects in a diverse environment. Mr. Thompson has technical and managerial expertise in system planning and implementation, technical customer support, user training and both system and user documentation. He holds an impressive list of IT credentials. He is a proven manager of numerous government contracts and is responsible for the technical support of over 2000 client personnel in both local and wide area network environments.
