Intelligence Analysts
Duties and Responsibilities: Experienced Intelligence Analysts (All-Source, Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and General Military Intelligence) with multi-discipline experience and experience in one or more of the following areas: regional threat analysis, order of battle analysis, foreign military capabilities, infrastructure analysis, foreign leadership biographies, indications and warning, targeting, or collection management. Provide All-Source intelligence analysis to regional and topic focused tasking. An All-Source Analyst researches, reviews, interprets, evaluates, and integrates intelligence information to assess developments/trends and threat implications. Apply knowledge of intelligence, threat analysis and forecasting methodologies; stay informed of political-military and other developments to conduct threat assessments. Maintain liaison with other agencies; identify intelligence gaps and initiate the development of intelligence collection programs. The All-Source Analyst works closely with experts in specific intelligence disciplines to perform advanced fusion analysis incorporating multi-disciplinary intelligence sources (HUMINT, IMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT and FEDINT) in a specified timely manner to support the warfighter.
Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as an intelligence analyst. Experience with the intelligence community and intelligence operations. Experience with Microsoft Office for word processing, developing forms and templates, developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and preparing presentation slides. Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, including Analyst Notebook 6, Combined Theater Analyst Vetted Relational Structure (CTAVRS), Ibase 4 SSE, ArcGIS 8.3, Pathfinder, Multi-Media Messaging, or INTELINK-TS/S.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal training desired.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI.
Competitive Edge Qualifications: Experience working in OSD, Joint Staff, DIA, or a Combatant Command. Advanced degree and/or coursework, and prior related experience Military background. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills through awards and special recognition.
