Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Wireless Network Engineer must have extensive experience in the areas of wireless networking technologies and demonstrate strong wireless technology skills reinforced by extensive wireless deployment experience. The ideal candidate must also possess strong leadership and project management skills, along with the ability to write to technical documentation such as implementation plans, project management plans, architectural diagrams, etc.

Necessary Background:
Candidate must possess at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in wireless consultancy, wireless network design, and implementation. Very strong networking background throughout the project lifecycle. Extensive knowledge of wireless tools, techniques and methodologies. Shall be accustomed to working in a controlled environment with change and security policies consistent with government/enterprise grade networking.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or an Associates degree with a technical certification. A combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.

Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain a USG Secret security clearance.

Competitive Edge Qualifications:
Cisco certification CCNA/CCNP/CCNA Wireless, extensive prior direct experience, current USG security clearance. Demonstrated outstanding customer support, interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills through awards and special recognition.
