Duties and
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the
BAI Program Manager working on Government site. Provide
Contracting and Finance related support to a Department of
Defense contract closeout office. Responsible for
analysis of contract documents, maintaining electronic
spreadsheets, interface with DCAA / DCMC and preparation/
tracking of contract closeout forms.
Necessary Background:
BAI is hiring several
personnel at all levels. A strong desire to learn defense
finance and contracting is required. Self-motivated
individual with strong personnel skills are needed to
assist in the running of a Government office. Knowledge
of Finance/Contract Administration would be beneficial.
The candidate must be familiar with all MS Office
applications, with special emphasis on Excel and Word.
Education:
BS or BA in Business,
Contracts, Acquisition or related field. Advanced degree
and/or coursework desirable.
Security Clearance:
Must have TS/SCI USG
clearance.
Competitive Edge
Qualifications:
Currently working with the
government in contracting or finance. Demonstrated
outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and
written communication skills through awards and special
recognition.
