BAI professional staff have extensive experience within DOS, DHS, IC, OSD, JCS and the military services in all aspects of arms control policy development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring, and compliance analysis.  Their expertise includes the START Treaties, INF, CWC, CTBT, CFE, Vienna Convention, MTCR and BW, as well as, theater and strategic nuclear operations, strategic force and weapons program analysis, security policy and program support, and systems management and analysis. 

BAI personnel have advanced degrees in a wide range of disciplines, including mechanics, nuclear physics, systems management, information management, international relations, and international law.
